Position Description

Permanent Part-Time Position – 64 hours per fortnight

 

Applications are invited for this new role, leading an interdisciplinary team working across several areas, including the Health Independence Program, Home Care Packages and Referral Coordination Service.

 

To be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Bachelor level qualification in an allied health discipline
  • Post graduate qualification in management preferred.
  • Human resource management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management expertise with high level communication, negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A demonstrated ability to set the vision, direction and implement ongoing service development
  • Demonstrated commitment to person centred care, risk management and quality systems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets
  • Comprehensive knowledge of allied health and community programs, funding streams and reporting requirements/guidelines
  • Ability to manage a diverse interdisciplinary team
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and Working with Childrens Check
