Permanent Part-Time 64 hours per fortnight


An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced Social Work Manager to join the Sub-Acute and Community Care division at Bass Coast Health.


Specific requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor level qualification in Social Work
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management expertise with high level communication, negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Senior management and human resource management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to set the vision, direction and implement ongoing service review and development
  • Demonstrated commitment to person centred care, interdisciplinary teamwork, risk management and quality healthcare systems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets
  • Comprehensive knowledge of community-based health and psychosocial programs, funding streams and reporting requirements / guidelines
  • A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
