Bass Coast Health is seeking applications from suitably qualified Registered Nurses interested in taking up a leadership role within the Acute Ward and Dialysis.


To be eligible for this position you will require:

  • Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications
  • Extensive medical and surgical acute experience
  • Management qualifications or experience
  • Leadership experience and expertise, preferably in a NUM/ANUM role
  • Commitment to the BCH values
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and solution oriented problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • A valid police check
