Readvertised - Permanent Part-Time 64 hours per fortnight

Applications are invited from Registered Nurses for the position of Elective Surgery Access Coordinator in the Operating Suite.

You will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse with a minimum of three years’ experience
  • Strong clinical background in the peri-operative area
  • Previous experience in developing and managing a successful team
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis and interpretation
  • Well-developed time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of computer literacy with experience in iPM
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to achieve set goals
  • A valid police check

Desirable:

  • Experience in elective surgery waiting list management
  • Understanding of elective surgery access guidelines
