Fixed-Term Part-Time 45.6 hours per fortnight until 30/6/19

Applications are invited from experienced Social Workers or equivalent with extensive experience with assessment and case management skills to work in the Integrated Family Services team.  This position requires in-home support and case management for families in the Bass Coast Shire.  This team is a member of the Inner Gippsland Child FIRST and Integrated Family Services Alliance and works closely with Community Child Protection.  Attendance at multidisciplinary team meetings is required.

Competence in conducting child best interest assessments, family action plans and parenting education is a requirement.

The position will be based at the BCH San Remo site, 1 Back Beach Road.
