33rd Inverloch Art Show

Friday 8th March – Monday 11th March 2019

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • All entries must be the original work of the exhibitor and for sale
  • Up to 5 entries may be submitted by each artist
  • An entry fee of $8.00 per item should accompany the entry form
  • EFT Details below. Cheques or money orders made payable to: BCH Inverloch Art Show Auxiliary
  • Inverloch Art Show will retain 20% of the sale price of each exhibit sold
  • All profit to go in total to the Bass Coast Health Food Box program
  • All pictures must be mounted and wired using ‘D’ rings for hanging
  • If possible please provide a short bio to accompany your piece(s)
  • Entries will be accepted and displayed at the Committee’s discretion
  • The Committee will take every care of the exhibits but will accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of exhibits
  • Exhibits must be clearly marked on the back with: Title, Artist’s name and Sale Price
  • Exhibits must be delivered to the Inverloch Hub on Thursday 7th March between 10am and 3pm
  • Unsold entries must be collected between 2pm and 4pm on Monday 11th March
  • Inverloch Art Show awards will be announced at the opening event on Friday night. They include:
  • Bass Coast ‘Your Art Collection (YAC)’ award for Best in Show.
  • Inverloch Art Show Award – awarded at the discretion of the independent judge(s)
  • Best Pastel
  • Best Water Colour
  • Best Oil/Acrylic
  • Best Other Media – mixed, collage, sculptural
  • Best Photograph
  • Best Youth– 13 to 21 year olds
  • The People’s Choice Award will be announced at the end of the show
  • All entries are eligible for the two major prizes.

 

By submitting an entry to the Inverloch Art Show you agree that your entries may be photographed and used in promotional materials online and in hard copy by the BCH Inverloch Art Show Auxiliary Committee.
