Bass Coast Health Receptionist Carrie Bobrowski, is one of the first points of contact for people entering the health service. What makes Carrie great at her job is that she is passionate about building a rapport with clients, and navigating and promoting Bass Coast Health’s programs and services.

 

“The healthcare service system can be very complex for people to understand. I love helping people find their way to what they need, and directing them to the most appropriate person or service; that makes me very satisfied”, she said.

 

Carrie’s role is to facilitate all the paperwork and processes that help get people to the clinician they need, but she always finds time to make people feel comfortable when they come into Bass Coast Health. She loves to see the difference she can make by making it easier for our consumers.

 

Carrie says she is constantly inspired by the other Bass Coast Health staff she works with.

 

“I really feel valued for what I can bring to the organisation, and I am encouraged to take on new opportunities. I feel like I’m constantly learning from the vast array of amazing staff that work at Bass Coast Health and I am proud to contribute to the wonderful services we are growing here – to the benefit of our clients”.

 

In her down time, Carrie can be found at home with her active young family, including a menagerie of sheep, an alpaca and a new puppy.
